Returns & Refunds

The short version

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. We pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee. Returns go to a US address in Texas, so you are not shipping anything overseas.

How to start a return

Email support@velunol.com with your order number and which item you are returning. Do not ship anything back before you have heard from us.
We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off.
Once the warehouse receives it, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 3–10 business days to post it to your account. That part is out of our hands.

Condition we need it in

For a change-of-mind return, the item has to come back unworn and unwashed, with its original tags still attached and in its original packaging, along with anything that came with it. Denim that has been worn out, altered or laundered cannot be resold and we cannot accept it back.

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing

Email us photos of the problem and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the original shipping charge. The condition rules above do not apply in this case.

What you get back

Situation	Refunded
Change of mind	The price of the item. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item	The full amount you paid, including shipping.
Return postage	Free either way — we send the label.
Restocking fee	None.

If your order qualified for free shipping because it was over $60, and returning part of it drops the remaining order below $60, we do not go back and charge you the $7.95.

Exchanges

We can exchange for a different size or color in the same style, subject to availability. Email us and we will tell you what is in stock before you send anything back. If the size you want is not available, we refund instead.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not already shipped. After that it is with the warehouse and the return process above applies.

Returns address

We will confirm the address on your return label. For reference, returns are received at 850 North Lake Dr, Coppell, TX 75019, United States. Please do not send returns to our Montana registered address, and please do not send anything back without emailing us first — unannounced parcels can be refused at the warehouse.
