About Velunol

Velunol is an online denim shop for women. We sell jeans, bib overalls, denim skirts and vests, plus a wide-leg jumpsuit, across a size range that runs from X-Small to 5X depending on the style. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

How we work

We are a small online-only retailer. We do not design or manufacture the clothes we sell — we stock styles from denim makers including LookbookStore, luvamia, Eytino, ZHUHOUSE, chouyatou, Gloria Vanderbilt and Levi Strauss Signature Gold, and each product page names the maker.

We do not keep stock in the United States. Orders are packed and dispatched from our partner warehouse overseas, in China, and are handed to USPS or FedEx for the last leg of the journey. That is why a Velunol order takes 11 to 17 business days to arrive rather than two. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.

Returns come back to a US address in Coppell, Texas, so you are not shipping anything overseas. We cover return postage on change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

What we will not do

There are no invented customer reviews on this site, no countdown timers, and no stock counters designed to rush you. Where a maker has not given us a fabric content, a care label or a measurement chart, the product page says so instead of filling the gap with a guess. If that information matters to your decision, email us and we will go and ask.

Velunol is operated by VELLUNA COSMETICS LLC, registered at 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. That is a registered business address for correspondence only — there is no store, showroom or warehouse at that address, and returns should not be sent there.
