1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by VELLUNA COSMETICS LLC, registered at 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States, trading as Velunol. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Velunol” mean that company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not accept orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. Products

We are a retailer. The clothing we sell is made by third-party manufacturers, and each product page names the maker. Product photographs are supplied to us by those makers. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and a photograph is not a guarantee of an exact shade.

Where a maker has not supplied a fabric content, care instruction or measurement chart, the product page says so. We do not publish estimated specifications, and information we have not stated should not be assumed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Import duties are included in the price shown. The price on a product page is the price of the item; if any sales tax applies to your delivery address, it is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

Card payments are processed at checkout by Shopify's payment provider. Your card details go to the processor; we do not see or store them.

We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing or stock error on an order you have placed, we will contact you and either confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund the order in full. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where the item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside the region we serve, or we suspect fraud.

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering if it has not shipped.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Orders ship from a partner warehouse overseas and typically arrive in 11–17 business days. Customs inspection, weather and carrier delays can extend that. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Returns

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Your account and conduct

Keep your account details secure. Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape or copy the site systematically, or to interfere with its operation.

9. Our content

The Velunol name, logo, site design and the text we have written are ours. Product photographs and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered and for our own negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, to the extent the law allows us to say so. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
